The New Owner:

RE:  Tax - The City of Kennesaw will bill their property tax seperatly from Cobb County, 3-4 yrs ago they opted to do their own tax billing, so there will be another $600 or so due to the City of Kennesaw, over and above the County tax bill.

RLO sold the property unfurnished, on 5/20/16 for $218,000 to Jennifer L. White.  Monthly mortgage payments of $1,342.91, starting July 1, 2016, to Everett Financial Inc, dba Supreme Lending, P. O. Box 732189, Dallas, Tx. 75373.

I left the property in Nov. 2015.
